OpsWay is implementing an extensive Odoo solution for IGLOO to support its multi-division operations in refrigeration and heating equipment. The project entails two dedicated Odoo deployments for IGLOO’s Refrigeration vs. Heating divisions, each integrating key functions like CRM, procurement, and inventory into a seamless workflow. Odoo’s helpdesk module has been added to elevate after-sales customer support, and the manufacturing module is being rolled out to manage production scheduling (currently in progress). These integrations enable real-time coordination between sales, purchasing, and stock management, greatly improving visibility and collaboration across departments.

OpsWay is implementing Odoo at P.G. Group to serve as a single integrated platform across all business functions. The Odoo system replaces a patchwork of applications, uniting CRM, project quoting, production planning, purchasing, and delivery scheduling into one end-to-end process. Sales automation in Odoo has simplified P.G. Group’s complex pre-sales activities and order configuration for custom steel constructions. In the production phase, Odoo’s manufacturing module allows automatic configuration of components in a unified app, streamlining the building of tailored solutions. This ongoing project is positioning P.G. Group to manage its entire workflow – from initial client inquiry to installation – with greater efficiency and scalability.

OpsWay implemented Odoo as a comprehensive ERP for KHT Group, a large metalworks manufacturer with over 200 specialists and 35+ years of experience. The system spans KHT’s operations from sales to production, replacing manual coordination with automated workflows suited for a high-volume fabrication environment. With Odoo, KHT can plan and monitor production in its 19,000 m² facility in sync with incoming orders, and manage inventory in a 10,000 m² warehouse using real-time data. The integrated solution handles everything from order intake, through manufacturing (including an advanced enameling line), to delivery logistics, helping KHT meet tight project deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.

OpsWay implemented Odoo to replace multiple separate systems, unifying ACERIO’s processes from production to delivery. The Odoo solution introduced real-time tracking of order fulfillment and delivery scheduling, along with automated forecasting of material needs. ACERIO can now monitor production plans and compare product-line margins and production costs versus sales revenue in one integrated system, improving operational control and profitability.

OpsWay deployed Odoo for MILOO Electronics, an innovative Polish manufacturer of LED lighting, electronics, and UV sterilization devices. The Odoo implementation covers MILOO’s end-to-end product development and production processes, integrating R&D, manufacturing, and quality control within one platform. The system manages production orders and BOMs for MILOO LIGHTING and STERYLIS product lines, while also handling inventory and procurement to ensure components are available for assembly. Additionally, Odoo’s sales and distribution modules were configured to accommodate MILOO’s growth – the company now seamlessly processes orders for major clients (retail chains, industrial firms, even NATO suppliers) and coordinates logistics with real-time visibility into stock and deliveries.

OpsWay is implementing Odoo for EMPIS, a manufacturer of sensory therapy equipment, to unify its production, sales, and inventory processes. Odoo’s manufacturing module now handles EMPIS’s production planning and supervision, bringing all fabrication steps into one system. Sales and purchasing are automated end-to-end (from customer quotation through production costing), and warehouse management features ensure optimal stock levels with minimal inventory shortages. The Odoo system also provides forecasting tools to predict product demand based on market needs, helping EMPIS align production with customer requirements.

OpsWay introduced Odoo to improve Gourmet Foods’ financial and supply chain processes. Gourmet Foods (the exclusive Polish distributor of Dilmah tea) particularly benefited from automating its supplier invoice workflow, replacing manual handling of cost invoices with an efficient, multi-step approval process in Odoo. This accounts payable automation has enhanced financial accuracy and provided better insight into the company’s purchasing costs, supporting more informed decision-making. Additionally, by centralizing sales and inventory data for hundreds of tea products, Odoo helps Gourmet Foods ensure product availability and timely fulfillment for their retail partners.

OpsWay built an integrated helpdesk solution for Boodmo, car parts wholesaler. Existing helpdesk system (Freshdesk) was replaced with Odoo-based Helpdesk portal. New solution is closely integrated into Boodmo's ERP to allow efficient support and enhance user experience, cutting down response times and preventing manual operator errors. As a second step, AI-based helpdesk agent was added to triage and process tickets, significantly cutting down manual work for generic cases.

Apstone used Odoo to unify multi-entity sales, purchasing, and accounting into a single, real-time platform. This integration streamlines inventory for luxury housewares and Judaica, automating stock updates and procurement to ensure faster fulfillment and fewer stockouts. Custom back-office tools also enable consultants to efficiently build personalized wedding packages, reducing errors and providing a seamless customer experience.

OpsWay implemented an Odoo solution for Kizara Group, an international commodity trading company, to automate trading and distribution. Odoo unified sales and procurement, creating a single source of truth for products. This integration provides Kizara with real-time insight into orders, inventory, and logistics, facilitating quick market response. Utilizing Odoo's reporting and forecasting, Kizara focuses on strategic growth and data-driven industry leadership.

OpsWay implemented Odoo for Top Cosmetics Europe, an international distributor of professional cosmetology products, to centralize multi-country operations. Odoo now manages product catalogs and orders for global beauty brands from one system. The implementation automates inventory and order fulfillment, providing real-time stock and sales visibility. Odoo's multi-currency and multi-language features ensure seamless transactions and communications across markets. This approach supports the company's 15+ years of growth, consistent, high-quality service.

OpsWay implemented an Odoo solution for Rayim, a non-profit, centralizing and automating budget, expense, and service time management. This provided real-time financial visibility against budgets, directly linking service delivery to billing and reimbursements. The integrated system minimized manual work, enhanced financial transparency, and ensured compliance with funding requirements.

OpsWay implemented Odoo’s Website and back-end apps for Elektrodynamika to establish a modern online platform integrated with their operations. Using Odoo, the company launched a new customer-facing website that is both aesthetically pleasing and rich in functionality.. This platform centralizes service information and client inquiries, and it ties into Odoo’s CRM/sales modules so that leads from the website flow directly into their system for efficient follow-up. Overall, the solution enhanced Elektrodynamika’s online presence and streamlined the process from customer interest to service delivery.

OpsWay implemented Odoo (CRM and Project) for Infinite Services, a multi-site therapy provider, to streamline client scheduling and operations. Treating each service case as a project, Odoo consolidated disparate scheduling tools, allowing Infinite Services to coordinate therapist calendars, and automatically generate billing and reports. This single system provides centralized data—from intake to service delivery—improving oversight of staff utilization and client progress.

OpsWay deployed Odoo to streamline the sales and service operations of Instal-House, a provider of modern heating, plumbing, and climate control systems. Using Odoo CRM and Sales, Instal-House now manages customer inquiries and complex project quotes more effectively, from initial contact through detailed proposals.. The solution integrates inventory management for heating equipment and parts, ensuring that boilers, heat pumps, and other products are tracked and available for projects. Odoo’s project and service features allow Instal-House to schedule installations and handle after-sales maintenance, providing an end-to-end, efficient experience for clients – from design consultation to ongoing service.

OpsWay developed a self-service B2B online portal for Regency's hotel clients to order personalized hospitality products. This platform lets high-end hotels worldwide browse, order, and track status, enhancing convenience and accuracy. Regency received a unified inventory management system providing full stock visibility across warehouses and product lines, optimizing stock levels, preventing shortages, and accelerating fulfillment. Additionally, OpsWay streamlined supplier coordination by automating purchases and communication via Odoo.

OpsWay delivered a tailored Odoo ERP solution that seamlessly integrates DAGO’s sales, accounting, and payment operations into a unified digital workflow. The automation simplifies payment reconciliation by intelligently matching online transactions to invoices and recording fees automatically, minimizing manual intervention and improving financial accuracy. This innovation has helped DAGO streamline its back-office operations, reduce administrative workload, and ensure financial transparency across all business units.

OpsWay built an end-to-end Odoo solution for BluPax Pharma, a pharmaceutical wholesaler, to streamline its supply chain and sales operations. An integrated Odoo eCommerce platform was implemented for BluPax’s pharmacy clients, linked directly to sales and invoicing processes for seamless order-to-cash management. The solution also incorporates Odoo’s live chat and website apps, enabling online customer support and a content-managed product catalog, which enhances the service experience for BluPax’s partners.

OpsWay deployed Odoo to help Cider Consulting streamline its internal operations and client management. By consolidating CRM and project tracking in Odoo, Cider reduced system downtime and increased operational efficiency. Routine tasks were automated and data centralized, allowing the firm to focus on delivering custom software solutions to clients rather than managing multiple internal tools.

OpsWay implemented Odoo, including Accounting and custom modules, for Canadian Tax Compliance to streamline tax calculation and client management processes. This consolidation and automation of client data and complex logic significantly improved the accuracy and speed of compliance services, reduced the risk of errors associated with manual data handling accelerating preparation and filing while ensuring strict adherence to tax regulations.

OpsWay implemented Odoo for Claimex (a healthcare claims specialist) to automate and track its complex claims recovery workflow. The Odoo system manages claims from submission to resolution, integrating communications with insurance carriers and tracking reimbursement status for denied HMO claims. Billing and accounting processes were also streamlined, ensuring Claimex can efficiently invoice recovered amounts and provide transparency to healthcare clients.
